Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Description/Overview:
As an inbound Sales Development Representative at Zoom, your primary goal is to generate a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through effective selling and influencing skills. You will connect customers with Account Executives, leveraging your understanding of the Zoom platform and using the MEDDPICC qualification process to uncover customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify Tier 1 inbound leads and nurture existing leads to generate qualified opportunities.
Achieve and/or exceed quarterly qualified opportunities quota.
Schedule and attend customer meetings with Account Executives and Product Specialists.
Initiate communication with prospects within 10 days of starting.
Utilize various channels (email, phone, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce) for qualification conversations and data entry.
Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices and feedback.
Meet key KPIs, including Lead to Opportunity Conversion rates and speed to lead (SLAs).
Assist customers with directing them to appropriate resources outside of sales conversations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to meet performance goals and deliver customer satisfaction.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
Sales or customer-facing experience is required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum: $44,800.00
Maximum: $84,000.00
(Note: Starting pay will be based on qualifications and experience.)
