Green Star Exteriors, a fast-growing sales and marketing company, is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. This role is perfect for both recent graduates and experienced sales professionals. As a Sales Representative, you will receive fully qualified leads to close and be trained in all products, enabling you to deliver effective presentations on exterior home remodeling.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compelling presentations on Green Star’s exterior home remodeling products.
Work with qualified leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Develop communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning abilities.
Participate in training to understand all aspects of the products and sales processes.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Confidence in public speaking.
Self-motivated and outgoing personality.
Goal-oriented and career-driven.
Active listening skills and a pleasant persistence.
Previous industry sales experience is preferred.
Experience:

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Average first-year compensation: $90,000 – $175,000+
