Position Overview:
The Account Executive (Engineering Solutions) at Revalize will report to the Vice President of Sales and be responsible for selling Revalize products within an assigned territory. This role involves cultivating new opportunities and maintaining client relationships while achieving targets for Annual Recurring Revenue and Professional Services. The Account Executive will proactively prospect, qualify leads, and build connections with potential clients to grow Revalize’s market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Revalize’s software and its applications within the industry.
  • Present Revalize’s solutions effectively in customer meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Communicate the unique value of Revalize’s solutions, addressing customer objections and differentiating from competitors.
  • Establish trusted relationships with new and target accounts.
  • Act as an advisor to prospects, highlighting solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Engage in personal prospecting and outbound lead generation, including cold calling, networking, and outbound marketing.
  • Leverage Revalize resources to demonstrate expertise and a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop market credibility through active social media engagement and participation in industry events.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified business opportunities and secure new signed contracts to meet sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering).
  • 3+ years of experience in complex outside sales (SaaS or Manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding a territory.
  • Experience with C-Suite engagement and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data.
  • Ability to thrive in a transparent, activity-driven sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

  • Time zones for US employees are EST and for EMEA employees CET.
