CloudDevs helps world-class, venture-backed AI startups find talented AI full-stack developers. As a Python Fullstack Engineer, you will play an integral role in the early-stage growth of these startups.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom generative LLMs (e.g., models similar to GPT, GPT-4) and discriminative LLMs (e.g., models similar to BERT).
- Create wrapper apps based on ChatGPT and other LLMs.
- Develop systems for AI alignment, Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and AI guardrails.
- Conduct tests to evaluate LLMs using standardized performance benchmarks and custom evaluations.
- Employ cutting-edge NLP and ML techniques to solve complex language problems.
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record of shipping software and releasing successful apps (please include names and links on your resume).
- 5+ years of commercial experience with React, Vue, or any JS framework on the front end, and major frameworks like Python, Go, Rails, Elixir, Java, Flask, or NodeJS on the backend.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering or relevant experience.
- Strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating across distributed teams.
Requirements:
- Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and other open-source NLP/NLG modules.
