The Office Administrative Assistant will support the operations team and manage tasks such as ordering office supplies, handling mail, answering calls, and greeting visitors. This role also involves maintaining uniform inventory and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
Greet and direct office visitors
Manage office and kitchen supplies
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Oversee uniform inventory
Place food and beverage orders
Maintain orderliness of shared office spaces
Provide administrative support to management
Draft and distribute corporate communications
Qualifications:
1 year of professional experience in office administration, reception, or customer service
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on spreadsheets; SharePoint experience is a plus
Experience:
At least one year of office administration experience.
