Job Description/Overview:
Cappro Pacific, a leading global equipment OEM, has been established since 1960 and specializes in mining, quarrying, and material handling equipment. They are seeking a mobile crusher expert to work within their Mobile Tracked Crushing team. The role involves managing an existing customer network, driving new product sales, and understanding the mining, quarry, material handling, cement, and asphalt markets in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the established network of customers and drive new product sales.
Focus on Mobile Jaws, Cones, and Impactors.
Drive leads for the fixed plant team.
Sell parts and service maintenance contracts.
Manage a tight territory in Queensland by traveling to various sites.
Understand the needs of smaller quarries and build up to larger customers.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience selling mobile or fixed plant crushers in Queensland.
Strong contacts in quarries, mining, cement, and related markets.
Technical knowledge of crusher train setups.
Clear communication skills and proficiency with CRM.
Experience with plant optimization; Aggflow experience is advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience in the quarrying and mining equipment industry.
Understanding of both mobile and fixed plant machinery.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and commercial acumen.
Ability to work independently while managing a large territory.

Additional Information:
Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 per year + Superannuation (11.5%).
Commission package is uncapped.
Flexible working hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with WFH options).
