Job Description/Overview:
This role involves providing non-clinical care to adult and pediatric patients, delivering clinical care as delegated by licensed nurses, and ensuring positive interactions with staff, physicians, patients, families, and other visitors. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver non-clinical and clinical care as per workflows and processes.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Provide a safe environment for patients and staff by following infection control policies.
Demonstrate professionalism, participate in team member orientation, and adhere to dress code policies.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
No specific experience required; training provided for new team members in Total Joint Center.
Required eight hours of hospital-provided continuing education upon hire and annually for those working in the Total Joint Center, focusing on total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement, and elective spine surgery patients.
Skills:
Effective communication, infection control, and teamwork.

PRN Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and more. Lifting limits are 35 lbs. for clinical staff and 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff.
