Job Description/Overview:
WOW Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to manage a national portfolio of 170 active Business Partners for a leading company. This role involves driving growth through relationship management, product sales expansion, and fostering strong connections via phone, email, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Strengthen relationships with SME Business Owners and General Managers to increase product sales.
Sales Growth: Expand product ranges purchased by Business Partners, driving daily sales and monthly trading activity.
Opportunity Identification: Recognize customer needs and business opportunities, leading to deal closures.
Brand Awareness: Increase brand preference across the portfolio.
Virtual Sales: Utilize phone, email, and online platforms like Microsoft Teams to engage decision-makers and meet KPIs.
Event Participation: Represent the company at events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or customer engagement.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of virtual sales tools and digital communication.
Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
Resilient and solutions-oriented when faced with challenges.
Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to engage at various organizational levels.
