Job Description/Overview:
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with existing customers to increase sales of Wesco’s products and services. You will manage a book of larger, more complex accounts and utilize proactive selling techniques to expand business. This role involves creating and upselling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer experience. Collaboration with outside sales will be essential to meeting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed performance targets based on volume, profitability, and efficiency.
Market products and offer value-added services to clients.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships to grow existing accounts.
Qualify and develop leads passed from marketing and outside sales.
Stay informed on new products and competitive knowledge.
Report industry trends and customer feedback to management.
May lead other Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) in processes and systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4-5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and multitasking.
Ability to prospect, market concepts, and solve moderately complex problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in electrical or distribution environments preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $30.01 – $37.51 per hour.
