Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will manage office operations, including preparing minutes, establishing office routines, and managing contracts. The role involves overseeing data entry, coordinating projects, and performing general administrative duties. This is an on-site position with no option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
Establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Perform data entry and oversee projects
Supervise 5-10 people
Qualifications:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, MS Windows, QuickBooks
Familiarity with financial and business technical terminology
Time management and ability to multitask
