Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the flow of information, managing office operations, and supporting HR functions. The position involves managing daily operations, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating travel, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is an on-site role with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Manage the flow of information within the team
Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Answer telephone, electronic enquiries, and relay messages
Compile data, statistics, and respond to employee complaints
Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage payroll administration
Arrange travel and reservations
Perform data entry, customer service, and maintain a digital database
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months of experience
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Social Media, and MS Office
Ability to manage large workloads with attention to detail
