Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a new build housing development.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Liaise with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing projects.
An Engineering background is preferred over traditional trade qualifications.
Experience
Extensive experience managing residential construction sites.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
