Job Description/Overview:
Buckle is looking for experienced individuals to serve as an Assistant Manager (AIT) and support the Store Manager. This position involves developing sales, recruiting new teammates, training staff, and acting as the Store Manager when required. Additional responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high sales performance, and overseeing visual merchandise management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, providing excellent service
Achieve personal sales targets and support team sales goals
Train and motivate teammates, ensuring adherence to company standards
Lead visual merchandise initiatives and ensure a well-organized store
Handle operational tasks including loss prevention and store security
Assist in recruiting and developing store staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1-3 months of related retail experience or training
Combination of education and experience in a similar role
Experience:
Retail or customer service experience
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sales and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
