Job Description:

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead targeted marketing efforts for high-value enterprise accounts in the events and conferences sector. This role is essential in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the competitive event technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ABM Strategy Development & Execution:
    Design multi-touch ABM programs for 50-75 enterprise accounts. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts. Develop account-specific value propositions for key decision-makers.
  • Campaign Creation & Management:
    Create personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns using digital advertising, email, social media, and events. Develop account-specific content such as whitepapers, case studies, and demos. Use intent data and predictive analytics for advanced targeting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with sales teams for seamless lead handoffs. Partner with product marketing to translate features into compelling benefits. Coordinate ABM tactics with the demand generation team.
  • Technology & Data Management:
    Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM-specific tools (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) for account engagement. Manage and analyze account data for targeting and personalization strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    Monitor KPIs like engagement rates, pipeline influence, and ROI. Regularly review performance and optimize tactics using data-driven insights.
  • Industry & Competitive Intelligence:
    Stay updated on event technology trends, virtual/hybrid events, and enterprise marketing. Monitor competitors and attend industry events to gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on ABM in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven success in ABM programs that impact revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the event technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience with ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and programmatic media buying.

Preferred Experience:

  • Marketing virtual or hybrid event solutions.
  • Knowledge of account-based advertising and retargeting.
  • Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
