The Role:
AG1 is seeking a Manager of Health & Wellness Sales to drive brand partnerships with healthcare practitioners, sports teams, hospitality groups, universities, spas, sports clubs, and other small businesses. This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline, closing deals for wholesale AG1 partnerships, and fostering relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Commercial Partnerships, this role requires a proactive, relationship-focused individual skilled at meeting client needs, driving partner engagement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow AG1’s customer base among healthcare practitioners and small businesses. Meet monthly sales targets and generate enthusiasm for AG1 in the market.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close wholesale deals with small businesses, ensuring alignment with AG1’s goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high satisfaction, regular engagement, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to implement sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations, using data insights to inform strategy.
  • Event Participation: Represent AG1 at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
  • Adaptation and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and seek opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes.
  • Brand Enthusiasm: Promote AG1’s mission and values, driving enthusiasm and loyalty within the market.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume B2B sales in CPG, Pharma, Healthcare, Technology, or Wellness industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, generating revenue through email and phone outreach.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM); experience with Shopify B2B and Salesloft is a plus.
  • Experience selling to healthcare practitioners is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a passion for client needs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with accurate forecasting abilities.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
