Job Overview:

We are seeking a Display and Paid Social Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of B2B digital display, programmatic, and video campaigns. This role involves working closely with internal teams to assist with strategy development, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for display, programmatic, and video campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Execute daily campaign optimizations, testing, tracking, and performance measurement within platforms.
  • Program Management: Ensure campaigns are optimally structured, set up, trafficked, and tracked correctly.
  • Creative Oversight: Oversee the creative development and approval process for marketing materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and present reports with key insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance internal display processes to support strategic planning and implementation, including cost files, reporting setup, partner billing, and audience setup.

Skills and Experience:

  • Digital Marketing Passion: A strong interest in digital marketing and an understanding of the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the ever-evolving digital ecosystem and test new tools and technologies.
  • In-Platform Experience: Hands-on experience across multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and display partner platforms.
  • Results-Oriented: Passionate about achieving goals and effectively communicating successes.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex media projects across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of Marketing Tactics: Familiarity with digital direct-response marketing tactics and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on programmatic/direct partner and paid social experience, whether on client, agency, agency trading desk, or programmatic technology teams.
  • B2B Knowledge: Experience managing B2B accounts with a solid understanding of B2B audience activations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), ad serving, and brand safety platforms.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM audience activation platforms.
  • Advanced Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement specializing in display, paid social, video, and native advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Background in financial services, insurance, and/or technology.
  • Analytics Tools: Experience with Adobe Analytics, DOMO, Tableau, and LiveRamp.
