The Role:
As the Manager of Paid Social, you will develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and market trends. You will lead a team of Paid Social Strategists, overseeing the execution of paid social campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI, and fostering strong partner relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client goals and market trends, ensuring campaign execution meets defined objectives.
- Campaign Management: Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continuous improvement using advanced targeting and bid management techniques.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and setting clear expectations to inspire high performance.
- Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with partners by leading strategic meetings and demonstrating expertise in media strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage projects with cross-functional teams to meet goals and deadlines, while prioritizing workloads effectively.
- Performance Measurement: Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
We’d Love to Hear From You If:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, eCommerce, lead generation, or data-driven fields.
- You are proficient in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
- You have strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- You can multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
