The Role:
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to create impactful, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Europe. This role involves developing content strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and optimizing content performance across multiple channels and markets. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and strategist, capable of turning complex topics into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Partner with subject matter experts to create original content, including blog posts, white papers, infographics, and videos.
- Content Repurposing: Maximize the value of high-performing assets by creating derivative pieces for use across multiple European markets.
- Strategic Execution: Build and implement content strategies that support marketing initiatives and campaigns, working closely with product, customer, and field marketing teams.
- Content Optimization: Measure and report on content performance, using insights to optimize strategies and execution.
- Editorial Standards: Uphold best practices in messaging, grammar, and style to maintain high-quality content across formats.
- Efficiency & Trends: Develop tools and processes to improve content creation workflows and stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of editorial experience, ideally in B2B tech or enterprise software.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to write and edit content.
- Collaboration: A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Curiosity: Interest in the life sciences industry.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry.
- Experience working with remote and global teams.
- Fluency in another EU5 language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian).
