Job Description
Join the NTT DATA Salesforce Team in London as a Salesforce Technical Integration Architect. You will be responsible for delivering complex multi-Cloud Salesforce solutions and transferring your knowledge and passion to your teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide Salesforce Technical Integration Architecture for client delivery projects.
Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies.
Evaluate and configure integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Design and document scalable integration architectures.
Identify technical design risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Create and manage REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange.
Estimate effort for proposed technical solutions.
Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
Support in interviewing prospective candidates.
What Experience You’ll Bring:
5+ years of CRM domain experience.
End-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and APIs (Apex, SOAP, REST).
Proficiency in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Experience in designing and developing software solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modelling and transformation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
Ideally, Salesforce Cloud Consultant/Developer/Architect Certifications.
