Job Description/Overview:
As part of the continuous growth of NTT DATA UK, we are looking for a dynamic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead to join our Salesforce Team in London. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for Salesforce technology and the ability to impart that knowledge to their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and establish best practices in software development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Support and lead troubleshooting of production issues.
Conduct pair reviews and manage pull requests in the development process.
Foster a DevOps mindset towards practices in Marketing Cloud, including version control and DevOps pipelines.
Coordinate technical planning and manage upcoming sprints (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro, Daily Stand-ups, and Backlog Refinement).
Collaborate with Architects on feature functionality and impact analysis.
Qualifications:
Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects from a technical perspective.
Proficiency in defining system designs and identifying gaps between current and desired states.
Hands-on experience with Marketing Technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Preferred experience in data architecture.
Proven ability to design and optimise business processes utilising Salesforce platforms effectively.
Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
Ideally, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
Experience:
2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
Experience in leading technical teams and implementing best practices.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with app exchange products and their implementation.
