Sales Development Representative

Job Description/Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) for the BeNeLux region, you will play a vital role in driving this transition, bringing pure energy solutions to your region and helping customers experience safe, efficient, and clean energy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive the early stages of the sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying new customers.

 

Build and grow a strong pipeline by gathering well-researched information about potential customers and their industry.

 

Engage with new customers to identify their needs and differentiate our solutions from competitors.

 

Handle inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media.

 

Prepare large accounts for meetings with Key Account Managers and independently close smaller accounts.

 

Continuously improve sales scripts and use digital tools (CRM, conversation intelligence) to enhance performance.

 

Qualifications:

 

A few years of hands-on experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or a similar role.

 

Proven success with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.

 

A good understanding of sales metrics and the ability to work data-driven using digital tools.

 

Friendly, engaging personality, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

 

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

 

Experience:

 

Hands-on experience in telesales or inside sales is preferred.

 

Previous success in qualifying leads and managing a sales pipeline.

 

Experience working with CRM and digital sales tools.

 

Skills:

 

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 

Ability to gather industry insights and leverage them to identify customer needs.

 

Proficiency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
