Job Description/Overview:
As a Transformation Officer/Manager at SEB Luxembourg, you will lead transformative initiatives to enhance efficiency, leverage technology, ensure regulatory compliance, and utilise data to drive strategic decisions. SEB serves over 2,000 large corporate customers and 1,100 financial institutions across the Nordics, Germany, the United Kingdom, and globally. In Luxembourg, the primary client segments include investment funds (UCITS and AIF) and large corporations. You will work with a variety of assignments ranging from ad-hoc tasks to large-scale strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Drive technology and automation adoption to reduce manual tasks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory changes and standards, managing risks effectively.
Use data-driven analysis to monitor business performance and inform strategic decisions.
Support global initiatives in Depositary Services.
Assist with sales activities and onboarding new clients.
Manage internal team processes and occasionally assist with daily tasks.
Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or audit.
Strong track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and sense of ownership.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in banking, consulting, or audit, with experience in regulatory compliance and process improvements.
Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in identifying process improvements and implementing solutions.
