About the Role:
As an HR Operations Specialist at Skuad, you will play a critical role in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for both our clients and their employees. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional support to all stakeholders throughout these transitions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork, documents, and system access for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns.

- Offboarding:
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and ensure the return of company assets.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process.
- Gather feedback during exit interviews for continuous improvement.

- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboarding.

- Candidate Experience:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates during their onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Continuously seek feedback to enhance the candidate experience and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 3-6 years as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Operations, or in a relevant HR field.
- Expertise: Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HR. Hands-on experience in policy administration, compensation, and payroll is essential; knowledge for multiple geographies is a bonus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS platforms and proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently across multiple groups and thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly growing environment.
