Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading opportunities from demo to closing, actively participating in responses to requests for proposals, and developing strategic relationships with HR and training decision-makers. You will be committed to mastering our proven sales methodologies to meet your quotas and contribute to our German growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Within 1 Month:
- Get to know your team and the 360Learning culture.
- Discover how 360Learning works and familiarize yourself with our main features.
- Participate in various customer meetings to understand our processes and tools (Trello, Salesforce, etc.).
- Finalize your onboarding process.
Within 3 Months:
- Perform your first demonstration of our product to clients.
- Ensure accurate reporting of your activities to optimize forecasts and develop effective sales strategies.
- Gain knowledge of Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Build your sales pipeline and close your first deal.
Within 6 Months:
- Establish a solid network of HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers in Germany.
- Manage a continuous flow of inbound projects.
- Identify and develop the best business opportunities within new accounts.
- Meet and exceed your quarterly targets.
Within 12 Months:
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share your insights with the organization.
- Contribute to improving our sales playbook and participate in internal projects.
- Prepare to tackle more complex, multi-thread deals.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company as an Account Executive or in a Presales role.
- Proven experience in performing complex software/platform demos throughout the sales process.
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent active listening skills and a collaborative, “Team Player” attitude.
- Familiarity with basic elements of HR culture is a plus.
