Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Clinical Operations Team, based remotely in Latin America. This role is essential in helping cancer patients find the best clinical trials for their treatment, collaborating closely with diverse internal teams, including clinicians, patient recruitment experts, business intelligence managers, and AI developers. You will report directly to the Executive VP of Global Clinical Operations and play a crucial part in managing patient case flow, leading teams, and coordinating clinical trial enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate oncologic patients to identify the most suitable clinical trials.
- Use our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for patient tracking and management.
- Lead the case management team across the U.S. and internationally.
- Generate and present detailed reports on patient matching outcomes.
- Provide patient updates to clients and collaborate on coordinating the patient enrollment process.
- Coordinate with clinical trial sites and manage the enrollment process for eligible patients.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, patients, and clinical trial sites to optimize trial participation.
Candidate Profile

- Education: Medical degree with at least four years of experience in patient care and research.
- Experience:
- Knowledge in oncology and clinical trials is essential.
- Proficiency in healthcare data types such as claims, EMR, and NGS testing.
- Skills:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
- Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
- Native or C2 level proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and understanding).
- Proactive and passionate about client work, with a data-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
