We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing efforts while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about customer success, and experienced in digital marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics across various digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities within the patient funnel.
- Develop strategies to improve campaign performance through audience targeting, ad creative, landing page optimization, and bidding strategies.
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Data, and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within a performance marketing environment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Attributes:
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Languages: High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English.
- Location: Must live in Istanbul, preferably on the Asian side, and be available to work at least 2-3 days a week at the Kozyatagi office.
- Additional Requirements: No military obligation for male candidates.
