Headquartered in New York, NY, Massive Bio is seeking a passionate Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely in Brazil.
Role Overview
As part of the Provider Engagement team, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will be pivotal in driving Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services. The role involves creating and nurturing a network of Hematologists/Oncologists and promoting the company’s services to key stakeholders across Brazil. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in the Biotech or Pharma industry who have a deep understanding of oncology and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of providers, including Hematologists, Oncologists, Patient Advocacy Groups, Physician Associations, Hospitals, CROs, and Insurance Companies, to identify and channel patients for clinical trials.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to support Massive Bio’s expansion in Brazil.
- Support agreements with referring hospitals and physicians in proximity to clinical trial recruiting sites.
- Promote and present Massive Bio’s services to the provider network and follow up regularly.
- Facilitate the referral of patients from the provider network to enroll in clinical trials that Massive Bio is contracted for.
- Engage directly with patients from Massive Bio’s direct-to-patient channels, assisting with patient calls and medical records collection.
- Manage patient referrals and retention throughout the clinical trial process.
- Provide timely input and updates on activities in Massive Bio’s CRM system, including communications with physicians and follow-up reporting to internal teams.
Candidate Profile

- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably within Pharma, Labs, or Biotech industries.
- Network: Established network of Hematologists/Oncologists in Brazil.
- Travel: Ability to travel to Hematology/Oncology offices and hospitals (reimbursement for mileage or public transport provided).
- Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the healthcare system.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in Brazil.
