Job Overview:
Al Majed For Oud is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services in accordance with service management processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to service management processes and SLAs to ensure high-quality technical support.
- Recover old equipment for repair or maintenance as needed.
- Comply with ITIL processes for service-oriented management and agreement activities.
- Contribute to the maintenance activities of hardware components to aid effective service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers at the component level.
- Skilled in resolving issues related to smartphone applications and software.
- Strong command of remote processing for computing components and spare parts.
- Experienced in conducting maintenance, fault-finding, and installation activities for various components in the asset inventory.
