Private 4T is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities while maintaining detailed records of interactions using Zoho CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and networking efforts.
- Reach out to prospects via emails, calls, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities using Zoho CRM.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in Zoho CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Understand clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a remote or online sales role.
