Job Overview:

Private 4T is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities while maintaining detailed records of interactions using Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and networking efforts.
  • Reach out to prospects via emails, calls, and other digital channels.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities using Zoho CRM.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in Zoho CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose tailored solutions to achieve their business objectives.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a remote or online sales role.
  • Basic proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar sales management software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ready to start immediately.
