Aalawa.com is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and vibrant Business Development Ambassador to lead the growth of integrated marketing and IT solutions in the Interactive Entertainment Industry. This freelance position offers a unique opportunity to foster relationships, leverage marketing channels, and collaborate with product developers while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Business Development:
- Identify and promote IT and digital marketing solutions to interactive entertainment companies.
- Develop strategies using social media and open marketing channels to attract clients and drive revenue.
- Utilize data-driven insights and advanced sales techniques to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Collaboration:
- Implement marketing strategies across various open-source platforms and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and gaming communities to enhance brand visibility.
- Use community-driven marketing and analytics to refine strategies and improve client engagement.
- Feedback to Product Developers:
- Collaborate with product developers to provide valuable feedback on product advancements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and product teams, sharing insights to continuously improve products.
- Sales & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, CTOs, game developers).
- Apply value-based sales techniques to deliver tailored IT and marketing solutions.
- Manage a sales pipeline, generate leads, and ensure long-term business relationships.
- IT & Marketing Integration Expertise:
- Work with internal teams to deliver integrated IT and marketing solutions for optimal performance.
- Leverage data from social media and marketing tools to improve strategies and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or digital marketing, preferably within the interactive entertainment industry.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Fintech, or related fields.
- Languages:
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product developers and provide actionable feedback.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
