Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organising office procedures, coordinating information flow, and arranging seminars and conferences. The role also includes managing digital databases, answering phone calls, and handling daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Plan and organise
daily operations
Establish office procedures and routines
Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
Compile data, statistics, and other information
Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
Maintain and manage the digital database
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
Will train
Skills:
MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines
