Job Description/Overview:
The Marketing Director will play a key role in supporting core marketing operations and help grow the overall market presence for HiLabs. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team’s success within a highly dynamic and rapid-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Monitor and proactively report on campaign performance with KPIs.
Content Marketing: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website. Support thought leadership development to help distinguish HiLabs as an industry leader. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, generate customer insights, and discover new business development opportunities. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make recommendations for messaging.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing to increase online visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage and measurably grow our social media presence while ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that align with and help drive toward achieving sales objectives.
Event Coordination: Help organise and execute trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events to enhance thought leadership and grow brand presence.
Analytics: Monitor and analyse metrics for all marketing output to track effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
9+ years of relevant experience, with 5 years of direct experience in a marketing role.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including demand generation, social media marketing, business development, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with many stakeholders.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, or IT preferred but not required.
