Job Description/Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This role involves the development, implementation, and modification of comprehensive care plans for facility residents. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Provide independent supervision and delivery of care.
Assess resident needs and provide quality nursing care.
Comply with state and Federal rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Current licence to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
Strong assessment and care planning skills.
Passion for improving the lives of others.
Experience:
Newly licensed and experienced Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.

Base Pay Range: $41.00 – $57.50 per hour
