Job Description/Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sustainable and profitable spare parts growth with end-users in the refining and petrochemical market. You will collaborate with an international team of Inside Sales Engineers and report directly to the Spares Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term profitable relationships with customers to promote John Zink products.
Prepare customer proposals and negotiate contracts.
Provide technical support to customers and address customer satisfaction processes.
Coordinate global customer issues as needed.
Stay updated with product knowledge to promote operational excellence and profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or a technical degree with commercial experience.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.
Prior experience in a sales role within a technical environment.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar sales position is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
