Job Description/Overview:
Husky Technologies™ is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Manager responsible for driving increased parts sales in Latin America while supporting CSM products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team to create account strategies, maximise market share, and increase margins. This role involves proactive customer engagement, sales analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement account strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
Identify and prioritise sales opportunities, especially from existing customers.
Use technology and data analysis to assess customer needs and potential sales.
Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to drive sales.
Manage pricing and discounts in accordance with company guidelines.
Measure conversion rates from sales inquiries to actual sales.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Excellent prioritisation, organisation, and time-management skills.
Strong analytical skills, able to make decisions based on data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of products, particularly in injection moulding machinery.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of client-facing experience, including sales analytics.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

3-5 years of experience conducting sales analytics.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain productivity despite changing demands.
Creative and proactive in solving problems and developing sales strategies.
