Job Description/Overview:
Husky Technologies™ is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and manage a global marketing team, focusing on business growth through lead generation and global brand development. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and ESG, this role will collaborate with senior leadership to drive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a global marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive growth and market share.
Oversee lead generation campaigns using digital marketing channels, optimising efforts based on performance analysis.
Strengthen Husky’s global brand presence through targeted initiatives and public relations.
Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing content such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking and experience in executing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
