Position Overview:
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer with experience in the regulated industry to join our team. In this role, you will drive Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM) and Reliability Programs for strategic accounts. You will partner with client leadership, manage critical assets, and promote continuous improvement through predictive maintenance and data-driven insights using Smart Building technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Maintenance Excellence and LCAM Programs at client sites according to corporate standards.
- Ensure technical excellence and high-quality work execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on dashboards and scorecards focusing on user-centric design and real-time monitoring.
- Ensure CMMS Master Asset Data quality and maintenance plans for critical assets.
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOMs) and manage critical spare parts programs.
- Track and update project documents in the CMMS and execute risk assessments as per company procedures.
- Drive the Risk-Based Asset Management Program (RBAM) for strategic accounts.
- Lead the Smart Building Program, using data to optimize predictive and condition-based maintenance.
- Perform asset appraisals and propose improvements for Smart Building technologies deployment.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CMMS and asset management software (preferably SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IoT technology for Smart Buildings and familiarity with risk-based asset management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with engineering standards implementation.
- Strong understanding of asset management practices and industry best practices in reliability engineering.
