Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding leadership for care staff

Develop and maintain tailored care plans to ensure exceptional care for residents
Qualifications:
NMC Registered Nurse
Understanding of clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
Experience:
Experience in writing comprehensive care plans is essential
