We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help manage and scale our cloud infrastructure while supporting our development teams.
Role Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, building, and maintaining our AWS infrastructure and ensuring the smooth functioning of our CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with developers to manage infrastructure initiatives, focusing on security, scalability, and high availability. We are looking for engineers who can solve complex problems across multiple technologies while learning quickly and continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions for quick, reliable, and secure code deployment.
- Ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of our AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Provision cloud resources according to capacity, computing, and security requirements.

- Apply security best practices, including zero trust and principle of least privilege across critical systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to manage DevOps and Infrastructure initiatives.
- Continuously improve monitoring systems for critical infrastructure and applications.
- Evaluate and research alternative solutions to optimize DevOps processes.
Who You Are:

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles with a track record of success.
- Expertise in CI/CD tooling and concepts.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (EKS, IAM, RDS, S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, ECR, ASM). AWS Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for automating cloud provisioning.
- Knowledge of various security concepts and frameworks to secure AWS environments.

- Familiarity with multi-tier architectures, including load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, databases, and networking.
- Experience with disaster recovery, failover, and redundant architecture.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently while overcoming challenges.
