Job Description/Overview:
Royal Fountain Healthcare Services Inc is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide essential bedside and personal care to clients in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer bedside and personal care, including changing non-sterile dressings and feeding assistance.
– Assist clients with exercises and recreational activities.
– Launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping, and prepare nutritious meals.
– Plan therapeutic diets and menus, shop for food and household supplies, and provide companionship.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Health Care Aide Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate are required.
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Skills:
– Dependability, client focus, and excellent interpersonal skills.
– Flexibility, organised, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
