Job Description/Overview:
Doje Care Corporation is seeking full-time Personal Support Workers to provide essential in-home care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
– Administer medications and assist clients with therapeutic diets and menus.
– Provide companionship and assist in regular exercise.
– Perform light housekeeping, launder clothing and linens, and prepare nutritious meals.
– Assist clients in water activities and provide mobility support.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
– CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Health Care Aide Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate are required.
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Skills:
– Punctuality, client focus, and dependable interpersonal skills.
– Excellent oral communication and organisational abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
