Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our team at Knightsbridge Properties in Dubai. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and managing properties, providing exceptional service and expert advice. You will consult with clients, handle property transactions, and utilize your real estate expertise to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to identify property requirements.
- Assist in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide management supervision for client properties.
- Offer exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and real estate regulations.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Expertise in customer service and sales.
- Real estate knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in property sales or the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits:
