Job Description:
As a Recruitment Researcher (Internship), you will support our team in connecting employers with job seekers, focusing on the finance sector. You will work closely with managers and directors to understand job briefs, source and screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take job briefs from managers and directors to identify the right candidates for open positions.
- Prepare market mappings as assigned by the respective director/manager.
- Source, shortlist, and screen candidates, and provide them with high-level information about clients, roles, and the job market.
- Maintain trackers to update progress on each role and manage records of active candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, preparing candidates, and liaising with logistics teams for travel and accommodation if needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong career drive and motivation to work in a multinational environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid residency/student visa (sponsored by parent, spouse, or university).
