Job Description/Overview
AHUJA REALBUILD LTD. is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to handle various administrative tasks, including implementing and reviewing procedures, managing office services, and overseeing office staff. The role involves working on-site during day and morning hours.
Key Responsibilities
– Implement and review administrative procedures
– Delegate tasks to office support staff
– Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met
– Administer policies related to information release and privacy legislation
– Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, and maintenance
– Assist with budget preparation and inventory control
– Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
– 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills
– Strong organisational and administrative skills
– Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
– Proficiency in office software and data entry
