Job Description/Overview  

My Haven Laser & Spa is looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant to manage office tasks, customer service, and administrative duties.

 

Key Responsibilities  

– Schedule and confirm appointments  

– Answer electronic inquiries  

– Order office supplies and manage inventory  

– Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas  

– Perform data entry  

– Provide customer service  

– Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

 

Qualifications  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience  

– 1 to 2 years of experience

 

Skills  

– Ability to multitask  

– Organised and accurate  

– Client-focused  

– Reliable

 

Work Conditions  

– Full-time employment (30-40 hours per week)  

– Salary: $26.00 per hour  

– Work must be completed at the physical location (no remote option)
