Job Description/Overview  

Charles Keay Inc is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to manage essential office operations and support administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities  

– Determine and establish office procedures and routines  

– Schedule and confirm appointments  

– Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries  

– Order office supplies and manage inventory  

– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas  

– Set up and maintain manual and computerised filing systems  

– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents  

– Provide customer service

 

Qualifications  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

 

Experience  

– No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

 

Skills  

– Strong organisational and communication skills  

– Ability to provide customer service

 

Work Conditions  

– Full-time employment (30-40 hours per week)  

– Flexible hours  

– Salary: $27.00 per hour
