Job Description/Overview:
Permanent full-time position working on-site at A1 Cantina Mexicana Ltd. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, maintaining quality standards, and managing the kitchen’s day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish methods to meet work schedules.
– Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
– Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
– Prepare and submit reports.
– Establish work schedules.
Supervision:
– Cooks (general)

– Staff in various areas of responsibility

Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
