Job Description/Overview  

M & P Plumbing & Heating Ltd is looking for an Administrative Assistant to organise office operations and manage daily administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities  

– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events  

– Plan and control budget and expenditures  

– Establish and implement policies and procedures  

– Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences  

– Determine and establish office routines  

– Schedule and confirm appointments  

– Manage training and development strategies  

– Answer phone calls and relay messages  

– Respond to electronic inquiries  

– Order office supplies and manage inventory  

– Maintain manual and computerised filing systems  

– Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs  

– Plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

 

Qualifications  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience  

– 1 to less than 7 months of experience

 

Skills  

– Strong organisational skills  

– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

 

Work Conditions  

– Full-time employment (35 hours per week)  

– Flexible hours  

– Salary: $27.50 per hour
