Position Overview:


As a Contact Centre Representative in the Credit Cards CARE department, you will be the first point of contact for clients with inquiries related to their credit cards. You will assist with various credit card operations, address client needs, and suggest solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients calling with credit card-related questions and requests.
  • Assist clients with credit card operations, including application and cancellation requests.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions about CIBC’s credit card products and services.
  • Summarize and verify client information to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while handling client concerns.
  • Utilize CIBC systems and knowledge to deliver timely and accurate solutions.

 

Shift Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible between 7:00 AM to Midnight (Monday to Friday) and 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Saturday-Sunday)
  • Evening shifts and weekend availability required
  • On-call duties may be part of the role

 

Agent At Home Program Requirements:

  • Secure, distraction-free workspace with a door that closes
  • Wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Satellite internet is not permitted
