Job Description/Overview:
CCACC, a local non-profit organisation serving the Greater Washington community, seeks a highly skilled IT Technician. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in network equipment maintenance and basic website development. The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and contributing to website development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Equipment Maintenance: Configure, manage, and maintain network devices; monitor performance; implement security protocols.
Basic Website Development: Assist in designing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; collaborate with the marketing team; perform routine updates.
IT Support: Provide technical support to staff; assist with workstation setup and maintenance; document and track IT issues.
Qualifications:
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
– Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience with network equipment.
– Basic web development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, WIX, Drupal) is a plus.
– Proficiency in Chinese and English.
– Prior IT support experience is preferred.

– Relevant experience in network maintenance and basic website development.
